Techknow Remote Support

Need a quick fix or a one time remote session? Techknow has you covered with our remote support option. Our remote sessions are only $50.00 for a 1 hour support session (Most issues can be fixed with-in 1 hour. If needed additional hours are invoiced at $35.00 per hour.).

All services performed during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 9am to 5pm.) Please allow up to 24 hours for tech to respond to the service request as techs are out servicing clients and not always in the office.  Services rendered after hours, on holidays and weekends will be invoiced at a higher rate.

Warranty – Due to the nature of the work that we perform, there is no warranty on hourly work. Each hour that we work is billable regardless of the outcome of said work. While we will make recommendations on the level of effort required to implement a solution or fix an issue, it is up to you to let us know if there is a cap on the number of hours we spend per engagement.

How to Sign up for remote support

  1. Select the remote support plan that fits your needs.
  2. Complete transaction on payment page.
  3. After transaction is completed. You will be redirect to the service desk where you will create a service ticket.
  4. Once service ticket is entered a tech will get back to you to schedule a time for the remote session.
